A New Beginning

We are now known as Clayton Valley Presbyterian Church and Igreja Presbiteriana Brasileira Em Concord.

In 2022, Clayton Valley Presbyterian Church (CVPC) welcomed our fellow Brazilian Presbyterian Church.  Rev. Jorge Abdal is the pastor of Igreja Presbiteriana Brasileira Em Concord (IPB) and shares our campus and its facilities.  Rev. Barbara Barkley remains pastor of CVPC.

CVPC has been worshipping on this site since 1959, having received its charter on June 16, 1957.  (See Our History dropdown.)  In 2022, we became aware of the Brazilian Church needing a physical location and the CVPC unanimously approved inviting them to join us.
